  • Live Virtual Interactive coaching sessions: offering real-time guidance, form corrections, and motivation to participants as they perform their workouts. ( RECORDINGS will be available)
  • Structured workouts: that progressively increase in intensity and complexity over time to facilitate continuous strength gains and skill development.
  • Nutritional guideline: Tips to support participants' strength training goals, including recommendations for macronutrient intake, hydration, and supplementation.(this is not a personal nutrition plan)
  • Diverse Exercise Selection: Incorporation of a wide range of resistance training exercises targeting major muscle groups, including compound lifts, isolation exercises, and functional movements.
