My SOLE reason to become a coach by choice was when I experienced the POWERFUL connection between Movement and Mental Health and how it can be a tool for personal transformation.  Postpartum I had major struggles with my weight, self image issues, trying to find purpose in the mundane …..   all seemed very overwhelming. I turned to stepping out for a walk with my baby in a stroller to make myself feel better. I was away from my family and that seemed to be the ONLY self help I could think of.

Engaging in Physical activity quickly became way more than sculpting by body but rather a transformative journey for my mind. The link between movement and mental health is robust and well established that extends beyond the physical benefits.

It became my passion to help other women feel amazing in their skin. Regardless of your size, fitness levels, Movement is Engaging in regular exercise has shown to be profound positive effects on mental well being, contributing to a healthier, happier life. The no.1 thing I relied on while going through my postpartum was to step out for a walk.
